Spirit Training Academy
1. Workshop Enrollment
1.1. From “Why Are You Here?” page:
- Click “To Learn”.
-This button will direct the student to the Spirit Training Academy Page.
1.2 From the Spirit Training Academy Page:
-Scroll down to check the Academy Programs. You can click on “Our Syllabus” to learn more about the program mechanics before choosing which workshop to book.
-In this example, let’s book a workshop within the Inner Journey Program.
Go to Inner Journey Section and click “Start my Journey”. This will direct you to the Inner Journey Program Page.
1.3 Inner Journey Program Page: “Why are You Here?” Section:
This section is created to guide you on where to start with your healing journey.
If unsure which workshop to start with:
-From the Inner Journey Program Page, go to “Why are you here?” Section.
-Choose which intention you resonate with and click the box.
-This will direct you to a specific workshop within the Inner Journey Program.
Or you can go directly to the list of workshops under the program
1.4 From the Stages / Workshop List:
- you may click the image, the workshop name, and Learn More buttons to read the full description of the workshop.
- Once decided, click “Enroll Now”
1.5. Workshop Calendar Page:
-“Enroll Now” buttons in every workshop will direct you to the workshop calendar page. -Click the date and time, and click the “Next” button. This will direct you to the Enrollment Form.
1.6 Enrollment Form:
-Fill out your details in the Enrollment Form.
-Choose whether you want to pay as a single session or to Buy as a Package:
For “Buy as a package” option, go to the Packages section of Technical support.
For “Pay as a single workshop” option, proceed to payment processing.
- Input your Promo code if you have one (see Promo code application). If none, you can proceed with the payment process by clicking “Pay Now”. You will be directed to Booking Summary.
1.7 Booking Summary Page:
-Verify / Double check if your details are correct, then click “Pay Now”.
-This will redirect you to the Xendit Payment page.
1.8 Xendit Payment Page:
-From here, choose your payment method, See a list of different payment methods in Terms and Conditions: PAYMENT METHODS/ FINANCING SOLUTIONS (Xendit).
-From here, follow payment instructions until you reach checkout.
-Once payment is successful, you will be directed to the booking confirmation page.
1.9. Booking Confirmation Page:
-From here, you can see the summary of your booking.
-You will receive an email confirmation regarding your enrollment. The Video conference link, together with Workshop preparation details is also included there.
-You also have the option to sync your enrolled workshop with your Google Calendar from this page.

- Once the form is submitted, our team will reply within 3 days with your Unique Package Coupon Code together with the instructions on how to use it.
-Note that the Unique Package Coupon Code is only valid for 3 days. The same Unique Package Coupon Code will be used for the 4 Workshops under the Seeker, Diver, or Diamond Stage.
-Upon receiving your Unique Package Coupon Code, follow these steps:
a) Enroll for the four (4) individual workshops under Seeker, Diver or Diamond through our website: www.thepathwayscomunity.com.
b) On the payment page, use your Package Coupon Code to avail of the discounted rate. Please refer to Technical Support on how to apply the promo code.
c) When you proceed with the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email for your enrollment. Video conference links and details about the workshop will be provided as well.
NOTE: You must enroll in all the workshops under your Package within 3 days of receipt of the coupon code or it will be forfeited.

-This button will direct the student to the Healing Center Page.
1.2 From the Healing Center Page:
-Scroll down to check the Private Healing Sessions.
1.3 “What are you going through?” Section:
This section is created to guide you on where to start with your healing journey.
If unsure which Private Healing Session to start with:
-From the Healing Center Page, go to “What are you going through?” Section.
-Choose which intention you resonate with and click the box.
-This will direct you to a specific Private Healing Session.
Or you can go directly to the list of Private Healing Sessions.
1.4 From the Private Healing Session List:
- you may click the image, the Private Healing Session Name, and Learn More buttons to read the full description.
1.5. Session Calendar Page:
-“Book Now” buttons in every Private Healing Session will direct you to the session calendar page.
-Click the date and time, and click the “Next” button. This will direct you to the session Booking Form.
1.6 Booking Form:
- Fill out your details in the Booking Form.
- Input your Promo code if you have one (see Promo code application). If none, you can proceed with the payment process by clicking “Pay Now”. You will be directed to Booking Summary.

2. Rescheduling a Private Healing Session
The student can reschedule 3 days prior to the Private Healing Session via the Pathways Website. If the student was unable to reschedule 3 days prior to the Private Healing Session date, the reschedule button will not be accessible anymore.
2.1. Membership Account
- Click the drop-down button beside your profile picture.
- Select the My Bookings Tab
2.2. My Bookings Section
- On this page, choose the Private Healing Session you wish to reschedule.
- Click the “Reschedule” button
2.3. Private Healing Session calendar
- The Private Healing Session calendar will appear, at the top-part is the original date and time of the healing session. You can also see the available slots (dates have a period below it) for a healing session.
- Select your new date and time
- Then click the “Reschedule” button
- A pop-out screen will appear, click “Confirm”
2.4. My Bookings Section
- You will see the new schedule/date of the Private Healing Session updated in real time.
Promo Code Application
Pathways offers Special rates and/ or discount coupons and vouchers for a limited time.
Coupons are provided occasionally to the general public, posted on our Website. These are generic coupon codes that can be used during certain validity periods and terms of use. Unique coupon codes are also provided to students of STA, for specific purposes.

Vouchers are provided through public engagements with Pathways via promotional mechanics and are often posted on our Social Media Platforms & Events. All vouchers have a unique code per use & per person, and can only be used within their respective validity period and terms of use.

1. INDIVIDUAL SERVICE COUPONS:
1.1 Choose the service where you want to apply your Single Service Coupon (STA / HC) Follow the instructions on Workshop enrollment and/ or booking a Private healing session.
1.2 Enrollment Form: (Single Workshop/ Healing Session)
- Fill out your details in the Enrollment Form.
- Choose “Pay for a single session” button
- In the Booking Summary portion, click “Add a promo code”, then input your Promo Coupon Code: PWRESET500
- Click “Apply”
1.3 Booking Summary:
- Once the coupon code has been verified, the discounted amount will be deducted in the Total Amount.
- Once the coupon code has been applied, Click “Pay Now”
- Then follow the Enrollment/ booking Instructions to proceed.
